03Do I need to sign a contract?
We provide a simple service agreement to outline responsibilities and protect both parties. There are no long-term commitments or penalties, just clear expectations. If you don't like the service, you can cancel anytime.
04Who stocks and maintains the machine?
We do. Blaze Vending handles all inventory, restocking, and routine maintenance. You don't have to lift a finger, and you don't carry inventory or capex.
05What if a product gets stuck or the machine breaks?
We monitor machine performance remotely and respond quickly. If there's a problem, we're on it, usually within 24 hours across Montgomery County. Most issues we resolve remotely via the management dashboard.
06Can we choose what goes in the machine?
Absolutely. We'll work with you to stock products your customers or employees prefer, whether that's healthy options, name-brand snacks, or energy drinks. Suggest products, blocklist categories, set a healthy/treats ratio.
07How much space do we need?
Most machines fit comfortably in a space about 3 feet wide, 3 feet deep, and 6 feet tall, placed near a standard 110V electrical outlet. Optional ethernet, otherwise we use 4G.
08What areas do you serve?
We serve Rockville and the greater Montgomery County area.
09How do we get started?
